プロ野球選手の兄の影響を受け、高校球児を経て卒業後、プロゴルファーの道を目指すも30歳で挫折。
しかし、人生の失敗を糧に一念発起。33歳から芸能の世界へと転身した異色の経歴の持ち主。
2012年に独立し、個人事務所「office・Sun9」を立ち上げ、CM、映画、舞台など演技の幅を広げるべく、ジャンルを問わず出演。
福岡の人気劇団「ギンギラ太陽’s」に2012年初参加。
そこから10年、30作品以上に出演。建物や乗り物を擬人化した「かぶりもの」キャラクターを数多く担う。
劇団ショーマンシップの代表作、ミュージカル「ノートルダム物語」を10年以に渡って客演として参加。全国の学校を巡り、文化庁芸術鑑賞推進事業に従事する。
その他、多数の劇団にお声を掛けて頂き、福岡を拠点に北は北海道から南は九州まで活動の場を広げ、
福岡と釜山を結ぶ「HANARO Project」では海外公演を経験。これまで演じたキャラクターは300を超える。
制作としては「ラジドラ50」のコンテストに応募し、脚本から制作まで手掛けたオリジナルラジオドラマが受賞。「私たちのカウンセリング～空っぽの世界～」が映像化され、創作面でも新たな成果を残す。
近年では映像作品のご縁も頂き、映画、短編映画、動画配信ドラマなど多数に出演。作品が国内外で受賞するなど、福岡とゆかりのある作品と共に現在も俳優として歩みを続けている。
講師としては、これまで培った経験と演技技術を活かし、未来を担う子供たちやプロの俳優を目指す皆さんの「夢」を後押ししたいとの思いから、タレントスクール事業に参加。「演技の楽しさ」「面白さ」「難しさ」そして時には「怖さ」までも皆さんと共有し、共に学び、成長しながら活動しています。 office・Sun9でも独自にワークショップを開催し、福岡に多くの俳優が育つ環境も整えています。さらに、演劇的アプローチを取り入れた企業研修や一般向けレッスンも実施し、ホームページに掲げる「人と社会と生活を演劇で結ぶ」──すなわち「心と心がつながる」という理念の実現を目指し、エンタメの新たな可能性と「心が豊かになる」を永遠のテーマに社会貢献に励んでいる。

Kiwami Fukuzawa is a Fukuoka-based actor with more than 300 roles across stage, film, and radio. Originally inspired by his older brother, a professional baseball player, he pursued athletics in his youth and later aimed to become a professional golfer. After stepping away from that path at age 30, he transformed his setbacks into motivation and entered the entertainment industry at 33—an unconventional and defining shift in his career.
In 2012, he founded his own agency, office Sun9, and has since expanded his work across commercials, films, and theater. That same year, he joined the renowned Fukuoka theater company Gingira Taiyo’s, performing in over 30 productions across a decade and portraying numerous signature “costumed” characters that personify buildings and vehicles.
He has also spent ten years as a guest actor in Theater Showmanship’s celebrated musical Notre Dame Monogatari, touring schools nationwide as part of the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ Arts Appreciation Promotion Program.
Beyond theater, Fukuzawa has performed from Hokkaido to Kyushu and gained international experience through the HANARO Project, which connects Fukuoka and Busan.
As a creator, his original radio drama—written and produced entirely by himself—won an award in the “Rajidora 50” contest, and his work Our Counseling: The Empty World was later adapted into a visual production.
In recent years, he has appeared in numerous films, short films, and streaming dramas, with several projects earning recognition both in Japan and abroad. He continues to build his career alongside works deeply connected to Fukuoka.
As an instructor, Fukuzawa applies the experience and acting techniques he has cultivated over the years to support the dreams of children who will shape the future, as well as those aspiring to become professional actors. He participates in talent school programs, sharing with his students the “joy,” “fun,” “difficulty,” and at times even the “fear” of acting, while learning and growing together through these activities.
At office Sun9, he also hosts original workshops, creating an environment in Fukuoka where many actors can develop their craft. In addition, he offers theater‑based corporate training and lessons for the general public. Guided by the mission stated on his website— “Connecting people, society, and everyday life through theater,” meaning “connecting heart to heart”— he continues to contribute to society with the lifelong theme of exploring new possibilities in entertainment and enriching the human spirit.
